Services include:

• Work Incentive Planning (WIPA)
  We help individuals receiving SSI/SSDI understand how employment impacts their benefits and support them in making informed decisions.

• Financial Literacy & Budgeting
  Participants learn how to manage money, build savings, set financial goals, and avoid common pitfalls.

• Individualized Case Management
  Our case managers develop tailored action plans, coordinate care, and connect participants to needed services in the community.

• Community Partnerships & Referral Networks
  We work closely with housing, healthcare, legal aid, food security, and mental health providers to ensure comprehensive support.

• Mentorship & Dream Coaching
