Manifestation Is Real: I Received My First Grant!

Last year, I wrote this goal in my journal:
“I will receive my first grant in 2025.”

And guess what? I DID. 🙌🏾

I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve received the Morgan Startup Micro-grant from The Center for Entrepreneurs at Corporate College, in partnership with the Burton D. Morgan Foundation, to support the growth of my business Dreamwork Ohio LLC.

What makes this even more meaningful? I almost didn’t apply. Doubt crept in. Imposter syndrome tried to talk me out of it. But I stepped out on FAITH—and it paid off.

Participating in the Tri-C Discovery Track for Entrepreneurship was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It was informative, empowering, and exactly what I needed to build confidence and structure for my entrepreneurial journey.

This grant is more than funding. It’s mentorship, community, and opportunity. I look forward to continuing with The Center’s programming and learning from other business leaders and changemakers.

To anyone on the fence about applying for that grant, enrolling in that course, or taking that leap: do it anyway. You never know what doors will open when you move forward in faith.

Thank you again to the amazing teams at Corporate College, The Center for Entrepreneurs, and the Burton D. Morgan Foundation for this opportunity. 🙏🏾 #supportedemploymentsconsulting
